Telkom *********** Clients with Debit Charges

Telkom has got to be the biggest ripoff to consumers!My bank account was debited by Telkom for my monthly mobile data payment,there was R1 short,the bank charged me for a bounced debit R5,Telkom charged me R200 for the same thing!Its an absolute ripoff!
