Telkom client feeling so frustrated, I cannot use data and I just spend R1000 on 1 Terabyte.

Telkom turnaround time can take up to 2 weeks to fix their towers according to the internet. When I asked the consultant she told me she cannot tell me the turnaround time, seems she is not sure herself. In the meantime you just bought 1 Terabyte of data that costs R1000 and expires within 30 days. Imagine 2 weeks, kids are writing prelim, you are a single mom, your job depends on the internet. You earn so little. And you could possibly wait for 2 weeks. I feel so frustrated. I honestly do not know what I am going to do.
