Telkom Clearwaters Mall Charging for item not given to consumer

I took out a contract with telkom clearwaters mall for a s23 fe and watch 6 in Nov 2023. The phone came through however the watch still hasn't come. It is now the 5th of December (3 weeks after taking out the contract) and still no watch yet i am being charged for it for this time. This is not ethical as how can i be charged for something i dont have??
