Telkom Clearwater is so unprofessional

Telkom is the most unprofessional company. I took out a contract with them in October for 2 cellphones. The Friday I went to take out the contract and the system was offline. I had to go back again on Sunday. I asked the sales lady if she's sure she put insurance on, I asked her 3 times and she said yes when she was done with the contract I also asked her is she sure she put the extra 100 minutes for R40, she said no sorry she didn't and reprinted the contract. My phone screen cracked so I called the store, the number on the website and no one answered. I then had to go to the store after work to go and claim insurance. The consultant told me that they can't help me I need to call the insurance myself, I said but I did not buy the phone over the phone I bought it in store. And with Vodacom you go into the store and they sort it out for you. .he gave me the number I phoned and the insurance fin rite was closed so I called the next day. The person I spoke to told me that I don't have insurance on my phone and that I have to sort it out with the sales consultant. I went back to ask for the lady who helped me. They said she's on the phone at the back. After waiting for long I asked to speak to the manager I told the manager the situation and she said there's nothing she can do she will file a dispute to head office. When my husband got upset she asked what do we want her to do. We told her that the sales consultant should come and apologize and explain why she didn't put insurance on my phone. She said that the sales consultant left while we were there..that is so unprofessional and rude. This was on a Thursday and she said by the next week Wednesday I'd have an answer she'll let me know. I didn't get any feed back and they Friday once again I had to go to the store. They said the manager is booked off sick. I asked for another manager and went through the process again. She said she'll check and the case hasn't been resolved but she'll keep checking and let me know. I then asked for the stores number. 5 days later I had no response I called the store and spoke to the manager she said she'll check and call me back but she didn't. I tried calling again a few hours later and she didn't answer..
