Telkom Clearwater is a disgrace

<p>To whom this may concern,</p> <p>I hope this message finds you well.</p> <p>Please be advised that I went into the Telkom Mobile Store in Clearwater to find out about a dispute that I am currently having with Telkom.</p> <p>The store clerk clearly has no source of personal hygiene and thus bringing down the brand from the outside.</p> <p>When asking the clerk to contact Telkom Head Office, the clerk asks what is the Head Office contact number, how would I know and for you to be working in store should you not have the basic knowledge of contact numbers!?</p> <p>After requesting that I use the stores phone to contact Head Office the clerk gave me a blank stare and I stated that I have the whole day to play that game as I refuse to use my personal phone for this issue.</p> <p>While on the phone with Head Office all 3 clerks were stationed outside the store making a racket of note, how any customer would want to approach this store when store clerks are so ill behaved is beyond me.</p>
