Telkom - Clearwater - BAD BAD BAD Service

Hi

We have had endless problems with the people at Telkom Clearwater - Yvette does not come back to me regarding any queries - my account is paid up to date - now they suddenly charging me with R24000.00 - and every time I email or go to the store - all they say is they will escalate! I am sick and tired of Telkom Clearwater - their service is very bad!!! My account is still not sorted out from January - and I just got a message that my account will be suspended - they are pathetic - never ever take out a contract from Telkom - and also - do not go to Telkom Clearwater
