Telkom clearly don't care for new business

<p>My experience with Telkom has been really disappointing and exhausting. Online applications for a mobile phone should be stress free and quick. Its been 2 weeks since I have submitted my application for this. Every time I call to follow up on why I have not received feedback I get a long story or be put on hold for 15 mins and then the call gets cut and still no call back or anything. What is the point of having this service? It will be quicker to go any other provider and get this from them. Maybe they will follow up on new business. </p> <p> </p>
