Telkom Claims department is a nightmare

I lost my phone late October and and I have submitted a claim since then . One it was not an easy process to claim because call center phones rings for a very long time which requires one to have a lot of airtime and patience . and I have not received the device until now, and I would never recommend Telkom again . Plus I am going to terminate my contract now going forward
