telkom claims

hellopeter as of from today im having trouble claiming my 2 phones that has been ****** thru telkom and finrite. was told that finrite offices are closed and that telkom plus is taking everyting over. close to 2 months now and still having problems claiming as no one come back to me or reply. ive phoned them maybe 20 time and every time a story then this then that. any suggestions please otherwise ill go see a lawyer as all my paperwork is in order and has been sent and approved and access been payed about a month ago
