Telkom claims

My brother lost his phone and sent all the necessary documents to claim for the new phone. He has been asking when is he going to receive the phone because it's been weeks now and they just say the claim is with the assessors. They don't clarify on how long does the process take. He doesn't have the phone now, he's missing the important Mails.
