Telkom City View Branch - terrible service/no feedback

I'm so frustrated with the service of Telkom City View Branch. I went there 02.11.2019 to do a sim swap, consultant Stanton Botha said he's getting an error & will make sure to activate it before he goes home. I called the branch the next day he was off but I was told to check in 10mins but still not luck. I called them 13 times sometimes the phone is not being answered. This resulted in me going to the branch and refusing to leave until something is done. The manager Nomvuyo Ngcobo then gave me a prepaid sim but still no luck with my contract sim. The debit order still goes through though even though I don't have my contract sim card. It's been a month already and this issue is still not resolved and they're just quite. As far as I'm aware I'm the only one whose sim swap is giving them an error as they did a few that day and they all were activated. They suspected it to be a profile issue, I don't know why cus I have a voice contract as well with them but it's not affected. The call center can't help me as they say sim swap are done at the branch. I don't know what else to do.
