Telkom circus

No wonder the SOE are all going down the drain. I have a vumatel fibre line through Telkom. I get charged for 20/20 but in fact receive 20/2. Sales/ billing and technical don't speak to each other. This is my problem. Technical say I have a 20/2 line and there is no such thing as a 20/20 line ( utter *******). DON'T USE TELKOM THEY ARE USELESS.
