Telkom - Chris - VERY POOR ASSISTANCE

My colleague and I are very frustrated. We have been trying to arrange, email, phone and speak to Chris from Telkom to get our telephone`s at office to work and it has been 2 weeks. CHRIS talks in circled and can`t give us an answer, he keeps on saying out IT needs to sort this issue out or he says we don`t have data on our telephones but we DO, then he also says our account has not been paid but is HAS. WHAT ARE WE TO DO??? Who can assist us please??? We are using our personal cellphones for business.....
