Telkom chooses your plan for you without your consent!!!!

We are very disappointed in the level of service that we have received from Telkom. We recently had a business line installed and when we contated the sales department to choose the plan we wanted, we we told that we have magically been put on "Biztalk Unlimited" without having agreed to or signed any form of documentation agreeing to this plan. The consultant that we spoke to in the billing department confirmed that this was cancelled on our account and that we will be on normal monthly line rental and per minute billing. To our surprise 6 days later we receive our first invoice for the Biztalk Unlimited where we need to pay R1392.35 before 2 May. We called the the billing department again and this time spoke to a team leader who assisted us (thank you Miss Ganca), who informed us that we should have been informed that we need to complete a cancellation form and this has a 30 day waiting/billing period. The consultant who assisted us the first time never mentioned this and now a dispute has been logged, but we are still going to end up paying a penalty fee for canceling the Biztalk contract. How is this fair? How can this be customer service? There was no verbal or written consent for this contract, how can we be expected to pay for something that we did not agree to???
