TElkom Check your Bills b4 Legal Action

I closed my account with Telkom more that 48months ago. I had settled my bill and did not owe Telkom any sent. I’m therefore surprised to received an sms from Nicholas Ngwenya attorneys stating I owe Telkom R365.56. I don’t have an account with Telkom. Can Telkom pls sort out their billing issues before they rush to hand over people.
