Telkom cheats customers

Telkom is absolutely pathetic. I upgraded my adsl to a 20mb Fiber package and I was told no installation fees. However when I got my account the bill was not R808 as agreed upon but rather R1354.24 (Telkoms explanation to this is the over run from adsl to fiber but they assured me my account will be credited) and then when I only pay R800 due to a debit order limit (which they never followed-up on) I get handed over to a debt collectors company in less than 30days. All of this without even providing me with the service I so desperately have to pay for...the services is supposed to be a 20mb download fiber service but everytime I do a speed test (with no other connected devices) the line only runs at 9.98mb never more. That means I have a 10mb download package not 20mb as per the agreement. I recommend people test their lines as Telkom cheat people by selling them 20mb packages but only provide 10mb and yet we have to pay for the more expensive package or get handed over in less than 30 days.
