Telkom What a rip of I ordered an LTE router in December 2019 Courier It delivered the router to Waterfall Durban and not Waterfall Midrand I followed up with Telkom by tracking the router after I called Telkom to advise them about the error, they advised that the router will be send back to despatch it will take 3-6 week to deliver I asked them to cancel the service and they advised that the services were cancelled in Jan 2020 Two moths later the problem is still there debiting my account for a router that I don’t have Went into Telkom Mall of Africa what a waist of my time to my luck the debit order is still not cancelled Been following up for two moths with Telkom call centre and Telkom Mall of Africa no luck They advised that the router was ****** and has been active and they need to track the router before they can cancel the debit order!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TELKOM staff is *****ing the routers and then I have to pay for a router I don’t have tried to cancel the debit order for 2 months with TELKOM still no LUCK I’m at a point where I’m cancelling all my services with Telkom and move back to Vodacom the dishonesty at TELKOM I can’t deal and I must say that TELKOM’s processes are flawed
