Telkom cheating us refunds - R1,476.30 from 2022 till now
i had an account with Telkom, it became in arrears and i finally settled and paid it off in 2022, Telkom then realised i had overpaid them an amount of R1,476.30 which Telkom has to refund me. i contacted 018180 and 10210 several times in 2022 without any luck, I was promised each time that i will get the money ,i provided account numbers but still didn't get any refund, I followed up again in 2024 ,still no response ,it's now 4 yeas down the line i have not received my refund ,where did my refund go ,if it was them it will be on my credit bureau ,because it is me i am getting ignored ,Mandilakhe Makuleni, Shante Blaauw

09 Jun 2026, 21:03I have once again contacted telkom for my refund and once again they giving me a runaround ,the lady who was assisting me the. By the name of Andiswa Msweli has now also went quite and when I follow up on the case number she gave me im being told the case number is not for mobile so I cant get a refund, I was then asked to send my details again ,and this is probably for the 11th time since 2022 and everytime they tell me the same thing,I now sent my details again to a guy called Njabulo Dladla and I know tommorow he will also giving me another story ,I now dont have a case number or anything, if anyone knows if the ombudsman or lawyers can assist me please advise
