Telkom cheating me with R 650.00

I took out a data package with a router in Jun/Jul 2017 of 30GB. In Novemeber 2017 I approached the East Rand Mall branch to upgrade to a 50GB double data deal for R 799.00. I now suddenly had to pay for the router because of the change of package but I agreed because I was desperate. They managed to get it right for Dec 2017 & Jan 2018 and then my data reverted back to 30GB. I have tried various options to resolve the matter and now I am paying for a 50GB & 30GB package which leaves me with only 80GB and instead of paying R 799.00 for 100GB, I now pay R 1100.00 for 80GB. I have to top-up with 20GB which is another R355.00 extra.

All and all I am now paying R 1455.00 for 100GB, a whole R 650.00 more. Telkom just can't get it right and I am suffering by paying for a very expensive package.
