Telkom cheated me outy data

I was supposed to get my data for my wifi today but when I logged in it was used up. I then contacted customer service and they told me that it has been used up. How? During the night while I was sleeping I used up 10g anytime data but my night surfer wasn't affected? This is really bad service and I used to praise telkom so much. I expect my data to be restored immediately.
