Telkom cheap prices match their poor service

I placed an order on 05/07/2018 and was just wanting to find out what the reference number and status of the order is on 09/07/2018. I had received no order confirmation via sms nor email and after having spent more than an hour on the phone on hold, I am beginning to think that opting for Telkom over Vodacom was not such a good idea. After three separate calls, I was given the 10213 number to call, which had me on hold for roughly 15min until the call was seemingly answered but then cut. Be advised, that while Telkom deals seem to present great value, their service does not rank very highly based on my experience.
