Telkom Chatsworth store pathetic service

Telkom was having a deal for uncapped wifi and new line ,so our family spends a lot of money on data and we would save ..went ahead and did a deal ..on the 18 of April 2018 ..it's been 3 months and no wifi ,Been going to the store at chatsworth and every time we go to the store they all lost and act as if they know everything..the services are terrible and they have no system..dont ever go the telkom at the chatsworth store ..0 for customer service
