Telkom Chatsworth is the worst

I app**** for an adsl line at the telkom store in Chatsworth, they said everything was fine and someone will contact me about installation within 2 weeks. It's going onto 4 weeks and o still have no adsl. When I call the call centre they say my order was cancelled, when I go back to the store they everything is okay and they are waiting for someone to do the installation. It's always a horrible experience with telkom
