Telkom Chatsworth, Appalling Customer Service

My mother went into the Chatsworth Telkom store this Friday the 11th of October. Her experience was extremely shocking. The consultants refused to assist her and were rude and abrupt towards her. The name of the consultant was Rose, a young white lady.I called in to speak to the store manager and was told he was off and the supervisor as well. The lady at the store refused to give me the store manager's (Xolani) cell phone number, mind you she was also rude to me. This staff at the store urgently need to go in for customer service training because their service is extremely poor.
