Worst people to ever sign a contract with. I had recently taken up a SIM only contract and wanted my old number ported to the new SIM . It took them up to 4 days for them to port the number . And as soon as it was ported My SIM was not active at all . No calls could come through or SMSs

I had repeatly been calling Telekom to address my issue and they are no help what so ever. Up till today my SIM is still not active and I have to pay an more than my contract amount during the first month and my SIM has not even been used due to their terrible assistant and network.
