Telkom chat support is the worst!

Telkom support on chat is the worst I have ever seen. These people have to be properly trained. Today I was chatting with a guy named Londiwe Sokhela and he logged off before I got my question answered. This have happened numerous times with different support agents and they are quick to ask if there is something else when they even haven't answered your 1st question. They might as well discontinue this service
