Telkom Chat services you suck.

Again I would give 0 stars if I had the option available Telkom chat services is the worst ever. they don't assist you with anything they just give you contact numbers of other agents you should contact. Also, i have been trying to find out what the status of my contract is and I've been struggling for almost a week due to them not replying or not getting the confirmation SMS's that they tell you about on the phone. This is the worst ever.
