Telkom Chat Service - Technical Support Staff

Shout-out to the Technical Support staff on the Telkom chat support.

I've had to interact with them quiet frequently for the last year, which obviously hasn't been a great thing, but I would like to thank the staff for always trying to help. (Or whoever wrote the support script should get a high-five.)
