TELKOM CHAT SERVICE -Roxanne Diegaardt

i've just recieved terrible service from Roxanne Diegaardt from TELKOM ONLINE Service , Very very unproffessional . I stated the nature of my enquiry she asked for my particulars ,i gave her and she just gave me a simple "Thank You" without even telling me to stay on the line while she is checking , i stayed on the line for 30 and i kept asking if she was there but there was no response , who can i email the chat to so that you can see how uunproffessional she was.
