Telkom Chat Service disappoints, yet again!

Wow! A more useless service hasn't been invented yet! In what universe is it okay for an agent to end the chat before the query has been resolved? Then the web page conveniently refreshes leaving no trace of the chat - no reference number & no agent name. I tell you what, I'm rethinking that upgrade with you.
