This is such a useless service, I can even say that holding on for decades on the phone to speak to a telkom representative is a better hope. --> Yogeshnie Naidoo <-- , you are cold and rude, and I hope you get fired. I had so little to ask and all you could say is go to a telkom store and quit the session. I afterwards phoned in and was finally helped by actually, shockingly, a very professional call center agent, I cannot remember his name, probably because of the shock, but yes, did not have to take off work to go stand in a queue at some telkom shop and my SIMPLE QUERY was answered. As I said, I hope you get fired, really. I would expect anyone to get fired with such an attitude at work. I hope your company does follow this through, and give you a warning.
