Telkom Chat a WASTE of time

Hi Tried the chat facility, what a let down. Three agents, not one sorted out my problem. All three broke off the chat without any reason. The last agent, Thulani Athleen, also just dropped the call. I have a screenshot of conversation if business wants to review. Very, very disappointed!
