Telkom chasing away new business!

Said R400 amount outstanding with Telkom preventing me to get new data contract. Telkom cannot tell me what it is for nor can they help me where and how do I settle it. I do have a monthly debit order for four cell phones and a data contract! Telkom have my contact details. Show me the outstanding that I can pay it.
