Telkom charging me still after cancellation of contract.

Hi Team, I have cancelled telkom service on 11-APR-2018 with ref num ********** , ********** 2 again on 17-Aug with ********** 2 again 25-SEP with ********** but still they are not cancelled my service and charging me money, today they gave me another number ********** 97A. Now I must call them again after 30 days. This is the worst service from any service provider I have ever seen. I am not using their service but amount is charging by telkom till today.
