Telkom charging me R207 for a R2 LOCAL LANDLINE CALL ON A CANCELLED LINE!
I cancelled my Telkom land line in September 2018.
I'm still being billed for the line. My current account is on R86, where it should have been in credit by around R110.
After reporting on 14 December 2018 that the land line hasn't been cancelled (having tested the line to another land line in the same area code the day before), and getting a credit on my account, I'm now being billed a "fee" of R207 for making a LOCAL phone call that was billed at around R2.00 on my account, during a time that the line should already have been disconnected.
Since the line was already supposed to have been cancelled by the time that call was made, I want my account to be credited by the R207. My account was ALREADY credited for the December 2018 period, but this extra fee was imposed because the call was made in that period.
I want the R207 reversed, and my account closed.
