Telkom charging me for subscriptions that i do not know.

I subcribed to their R99.00 data and R29.00 router contract. My sim card has always been in my router and only one person is connected to use this device. To my surprise i am now billed R573.00, was told that this was due to subscriptions. Subscriptions that i did not subscribe to. I am not going to pay for something that i did not subscribe to I would appreciate if Hellopeter can help me escalate my issue to someone who can be able to help because their call center was unable to help me. They are insisting that i should pay for the subscriptions even though i did not subscribe to anything.
