Telkom charging me for returned device fir 24 moths

I signed a 24 months mobile services contract with Telkom. I returned the devise because it wasn't the one I wanted. Only after 24 months I learnt that they have been charging me for the device I returned.

They approved the refund. Until now, I haven't received my refund. I wish I knew how to take this up as thus is against the law.
