Telkom charging me for ADSL and FIBRE!!!!!

I did a migration from ADSL to Fibre ( it literally said that on the form) . But now I've been charged for both fibre and ADSL ? I am tired of the bad service by Telkom! It's starting to feel like I'm dealing with a **** instead of a legit company. I'm so irritated with them already !!!
