TELKOM CHARGING ME FOR A SERVICE THEY NEVER SUPP****

My Telkom Account the problem is i am paying for services that i do not have, First off all i am being Charged for 10 Gig Data every months of which i can not use because the instrument supp**** does not have such facility, ( Does not support ) Secondly the GPS of my residential address was not setted correctly on their system in order to receive their signals, ( You can not understand this but they know) i have never use their service since i have subscribed and i tried to contact then Telephonically, Electronically as well as Physically walked in to their centres in Bedfordview ( eastgate Mall) Greenstone Mall as well as Sandton Mall) And i could get help. I dont have problem with them if they can supply me with a correct instrument so that we go go ahead with the service,

Now i am planning to report this to ICASA as well as Ombudsman,
