Telkom charging exuberant penalty fee for debit order reversal

Can Telkom please justify why it is necessary to charge me a R202,70 penalty fee for reversing two of my my debit orders and then paying an amount which I thought was accurate, after TELKOM never got back to me on my other queries regarding my debit order amount - which would have avoided the entire situation. Also, why would you inform me that my upgrade is due in APRIL, when the original contract amount is still owed moths after that. Thats false information that led me to believe they were overcharging me - hence I reversed my debit order before the ACTUAL expiry of my contract. I would understand a R15 penalty fee, but R202,70 is ridiculous! Im going to CCMA with this.
