Telkom charging clients R200 for debit order rejection

I have requested to have my debit orders switch from Capitec to African Bank, now Telkom is charging R200 for debit order rejection fee and my monthly contact is R60 can you imagine the is 3x my monthly bill, is there a limit in terms of the law regarding this debit order rejection fees
