TELKOM CHARGES TO CHANGE MY POSTAL ADDRESS!!!!!!!!

I had to change my e-mail address where they send me my Telkom Core Fibre Lite account each month as the e-mail i have been using is no longer in use. NOWHERE on their account does it provide an e-mail address where you can send this request to them.....only a telephone number , which i duly phoned. i am frikken shocked that they informed me they are charging me R15.00 to change my e-mail address. I AM A ****** PAYING CUSTOMER !!!!! WHAT A DAM CHEEK - I HAVE NEVER HEAR OF THIS....EVER!!!!!!!!. Telkom you just went down a notch in my books. VERY BAD BAD TO DO THIS TO ME!!!!
