Telkom charges R226 reconnection fee, Neotel charges zero

Is anyone aware that Telkom charges a reconnection fee on your line of R226, which is almost equal to their line rental of R262? It is unfortunate that I became aware of this at such a late stage as I would have moved all my lines to Neotel where I already have 4 lines. Neotel charges zero for reconnecting a line! Should Telkom not discount this ridiculous charge I will most definitely move all my company lines to Neotel perhaps even to an IP line.
