Telkom charges R202.70 rejection fee

I am very disgusted with Telkom

I have had a data SIM for years and payments were made even when I was retrenched. End of June when my salary didn't reflect as yet the debit bounced but debit went off on the 1st. Yesterday I received my statement with a rejection fee of R202.70. Not even the bank billed me so much. These charges are exhaubent for anyone. Customers needs to be made aware of this especially these difficult times.
