Telkom charges me for no service!!!!!

You handed me over for R600. When looking at the statement it shows that you adding charges for the statement and whatever else. Please remove those charges as I did not request any statement as I know how much I owe. Whe you lawyers called me I told them that I medically boarded and receive no income. Hence, I was paying it off slowly. Just because they do not listen to anything that I say, provide your email so that I can send my medical reports to show that I'm medically boarded.

Also, I am paying for a month where I received absolutely no service because I logged endless calls Telkom came out and vumatel but between the 2 of you, you kept blaming each other. That month I had to continuously by airtime and data as well as my son. Telkom inconvenienced me now they want to cry for R600. I would also like to be reimbursed for all the airtime and data which I had to buy due to telkom inconveniencing me and leaving me with no service!!!!

I will pay the account as I receive money hut in the meantime I would also like my money spent whole you inconvenienced me. Please inform your lawyers about the situation as they do not listen to me when they call
