Telkom charges me 3X monthly debit amount

Telkom charged me almost 3 times the amount they are meant to debit every month. This company is failing in all aspects, their network is slow, no coverage at all in other areas and I am charged 3 times what is meant to be debited a month, this was the last time they get my money, the worst decision I ever made was take out a contract with them, please don't make this mistake MTN has improved in the offering and customer service over the years, I'm going yellow after this experience. I feel like I have been ******, it's not a nice feeling to know that a company can get into your account and take any amount they want, we work hard for our money, Telkom is disgusting and are *********. Protect your self and hard earned money this company. Thank you
