Telkom charges interest on late payment of Bill even though payments are made punctually on due date to their dedicated bank account

Beware your account charges. Telkom charges interest on so called late Bill Payments, but here is the thing:- I pay my Telkom Bill punctually every month for the last 10 years via EFT on the date my Bill is due and pay at their dedicated bank. Yet every month I find a R4-5.00 charge for late payment. They ***** my money and after 4 dispute reports to solve their accounting and reconsiliation problems I still get charged despite and not even a hint of a correction. I then phoned 10210 and spoke with Sthandwa on 19.09.18 at 13H49 who promised to escalate my problem without any feedback and not even closer to a solution. What is the purpose of this Telkom Review/Reporting system, if nobody is responding to my correspondence. ? So please check your monthly Bill for unauthorized late payment charges!
