Telkom charges for non existant business

Since January 2019 to date all my attempts have been ignored by thius poor performer. Last year I requsted that telephone number *** be cancelled. Ignored totally and i continue to get an accountfor this line. My account number is ***. I now look for positive action and a refund of R228 X12
