Telkom charges for line rentals when its cancelled

I am waiting to let someone contact me to sort out this account as I was NOT on a contract and ONLY on a month to month. I owe Telkom R824 for 1 month......they have the audacity to charge me for extra line rentals after I have send an email and spoke with a Telkom representative to cancel the adsl. They have increased the bill to R2133 from R824. We either settle this and you rectify the bill or I will take it further. Total ******* from Telkom -consumers be aware of how they rip people off
