Telkom charges are crazy 🤪

I took a contract phone with telkom of which their insurance was very expensive and so I opted for miway insurance for my cellphone then tellkom insurance called me three weeks later for a more affordable premium and I took it. All of a sudden they charged me an additional R200 for a premium they took from a capitec account I don't even use. When I returned that R280 they took the amount was now R432.42. Basically they added R200 more for just returning what they took from capitec. This don't make sense Telkom. Mind you my premium is supposed to be R150 not R280.
